London Marathon Countdown - 5 days to go!
It’s 5 days until the London Marathon. Well done you’ve done all the training you can now.
Here are a few tips for the coming days:
Between now and race day, you may want to do one more short and gentle run and one session of gentle core strengthening exercises (however, don’t start any new exercises!). Keep a good stretching regime after exercise.
Register at the Expo early, avoiding the busiest days closest to race day. Prepare your clothes, food and travel for race day at least 24 hours in advance.
Surround yourself with positive people. Keep your mind positive and relaxed so you can enjoy yourself on the big day.
