Bring some calm and clarity into your week with our new Wednesday meditation sessions.
Research has shown that meditation can be good for both our mind and body, helping us to be more focused, present and resilient—especially when we’re busy or stressed out.
Guided by experienced meditator Andy Fraser, this one-hour class offers a simple and relaxed way to discover meditation. We will learn the basics of meditation, with plenty of time to practice, share our experiences and ask questions.

About Andy Fraser
Andy is a writer, editor and journalist who has been meditating for 15 years.
He has interviewed some of the world’s leading meditation teachers and researchers and is the editor of The Healing Power of Meditation, a book on the health benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
More recently he has started guiding meditation and is currently part of a team working to develop an app to teach meditation and help people establish a simple daily habit.
