9.10am – 9.40am Fit & Healthy Backs

Tuesday:

8am Clinical Pilates

9am Clinical Yoga

Wednesday:

4.30pm Clinical Pilates

Thursday:

5-5.30pm Fit & Healthy Backs

5.40pm – 6.10pm Neck & Shoulder Rehab

4.30pm Clinical Pilates
