Who do we treat?
We help sporty city workers, fitness enthusiasts and business people, all who wish to stay active and mobile. Our mantra is to help you relieve your pain – quickly; to stay free from painkillers; to rehabilitate, avoid surgery and future injuries.
We are using a service called Telehealth to hold our video appointments. Telehealth is virtual and will allow you to remotely enjoy your Physiotherapy or Pilates sessions at home via a face to face video call with your usual Physiotherapist at ALO.
Are you currently working from home and are experiencing pain in your back, neck or wrist and you’re not sure why? We have the answer… Home office assessments available.
If you’re working from home and suddenly suffering from back or neck problems we are running online classes to help ease any new aches and pains.
During your initial assessment your Physiotherapist will discuss with you your Plan of Care which is a plan of treatment specifically tailored to your needs and holistic requirements. This means that you know what to expect and when, so that you can plan ahead and book your appointments in advance. We also offer discounts for any Plan of Care paid for in advance, giving you peace of mind for less.
As we are currently living in a world with Corona virus we understand you prefer to be seen at home.
Exclusive home visits are a great opportunity to benefit from physiotherapy in the privacy and convenience of your own home.
