"Having seen Andre several times in person, the remote session was incredibly helpful to ask questions about the exercises I had been set for rehabilitation, to demonstrate the progress I have made and then get additional exercises to help with my recovery. I'd definitely recommend it"
What is a video appointment?
We are using a service called Telehealth to hold our video appointments. Telehealth is virtual and will allow you to remotely enjoy your Physiotherapy or Pilates sessions at home via a face to face video call with your usual Physiotherapist at ALO. Telehealth is available for both self-funding and the majority of our insurance patients.

We can continue to provide you with the MOST SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN interventions that contribute to positive long term outcomes in ALL patient populations and ALL conditions from the comfort your own home!
What you will need:
- A stable internet connection
- A mobile device (laptop, tablet or phone)
- A small space so that you can perform your workout with supervision and guidance from your usual physiotherapist… and a yoga mat if you prefer one
- Some basic pieces of equipment (foam roller, lacrosse ball, resistance band or 2, chair and a dumbbell and/or kettlebell if you have one)
How it works?
To begin a video appointment, we will send you a link for a ‘Zoom meeting’. All you have to do is click on this link or copy and paste it into your browser, and join the meeting using computer audio, and you’ll see your Physiotherapist on the other end. It’s super easy!
You and your Physio will spend the first few minutes recapping any new developments since your most recent session – or if you are new to us, assessing your capabilities. The next 30 minutes will be spent going through a workout making corrections and progressions as needed to continue challenging your body, and the last 10-15 minutes discussing the plan before your next session to keep pushing you forward towards your goals.
