Common causes ankle pain
- Sprained Ankle is an incredibly common injury that happens when the ankle twists or rolls out of it’s normal position. It makes it uncomfortable to walk and may cause swelling and pain.
- Lower Limb Fractures are cracks in the bones. Orthopaedic surgeons often refer their patients to us after surgery to assist with the rehabilitation of the limb. Often patients will find their muscles become weak and their joints stiff.
