Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. Depending on the area we’re treating, we may ask you to expose the region (e.g. knee, shoulder).
How long is each session?
Initial sessions are usually 45–60 minutes and include assessment and treatment. Follow-ups are typically 45 minutes. This can change depending on insurance.
